What you'll do

• Validates and implements the department's strategic roadmap.
• Leads operational and innovative transformation initiatives.
• Establishes and monitors department-wide KPIs.
• Serves as primary liaison between L&PA and enterprise functions.
• Oversees innovation and governance of department-level systems.
• Executes financial and budget reporting.
• Directs vendor management operations.
