What you'll do

• Lead the Special Projects division
• manage selected strategic mechanical projects
• support project managers and teams
• monitor schedules, staffing, procurement, subcontractors, and execution
• oversee budgets, estimates, profitability, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete
• develop client relationships and support business development
• improve project startup and departmental processes
• uphold safety and quality standards.
