It aligns real estate decisions with business growth, capacity planning, employee experience, and financial objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop portfolio recommendations with Finance, People, Workplace, and Data Center Operations
• manage lease records, reviews, critical dates, and transactions
• oversee colocation and data center lease terms
• build financial analyses and executive reporting
• coordinate stakeholders and brokers
• manage compliance, risk, audits, site selection, and lease administration systems.
