What you'll do

• Answer emergency and non-emergency telephone and radio calls
• notify and dispatch response personnel
• operate security communications, access control, CCTV, and overhead paging systems
• monitor alarms
• maintain records and reports using computer-aided dispatch software
• call emergency codes and document medical alert codes
• support the Emergency Operations Center and hospital incident command system.
