What you'll do

• Greet clients and welcome patients
• answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
• process payments and maintain records
• prepare for and assist with check-ins and discharges
• educate clients about treatments, services, and products
• keep exam rooms and lobby clean and welcoming
• support marketing for in-lobby retail products
• help manage emergencies according to hospital protocols
• assist with special events and cross-train as needed.
