What you'll do

• Lead fleet operations and deployments across owned and co-location facilities
• establish fleet-health and availability metrics
• build firmware qualification and validation platforms
• oversee data center infrastructure, hardware security, and lifecycle automation
• establish reliability KPIs, runbooks, on-call model, and incident closure
• partner on procurement, budgets, and sourcing
• build and lead fleet engineering and infrastructure teams.
