The role develops operational leaders and scalable processes while using performance data to improve service, installation, and plumbing execution.

What you'll do

• Lead multi-location HVAC service, installation, and plumbing operations
• drive revenue, margins, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• establish operating standards
• coach operational leaders
• monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans
• improve field efficiency and installation profitability
• scale plumbing operations
• reduce callbacks, warranty costs, and complaints
• partner with Finance and executive leadership on budgets and forecasts
• improve field-team recruiting, training, and retention
• optimize dispatch, scheduling, routing, and field technology
• maintain a strong presence across company locations.
