What you'll do

• Advise clients on corporate transactions involving insurance businesses
• support mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, reinsurance transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• analyze regulatory requirements and advise on approvals and licensing
• conduct regulatory due diligence and advise on corporate governance
• coordinate multijurisdictional workstreams
• work with partners and clients and take increasing responsibility for matters and transaction processes.
