What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Infection Prevention and Control Program
- ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and state regulations
- conduct infection surveillance, tracking, and reporting
- educate and train staff on infection control, PPE, and prevention protocols
- collaborate with nursing leadership, medical staff, and department heads
- lead outbreak investigations and implement corrective actions as needed
- maintain documentation and prepare audit and survey reports.
