What you'll do

• Lead project relationships with field project managers, general contractors, and owners
• manage preconstruction, planning, scheduling, subcontractors, budgets, and project finances
• coordinate construction crews and project resources
• resolve design conflicts with engineers and architects
• manage submittals, change orders, cost reports, invoices, and safety requirements
• oversee project documentation and support estimating staff.
