Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Chestertown, MD. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, with work hours of 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role supports Dixon Group’s Distribution Center and helps move products efficiently through warehouse operations. The handler receives, stores, picks, packs, and prepares products for shipment, using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. The role also maintains inventory records and coordinates with shipping, customer service, and inventory teams to meet delivery deadlines.

What you'll do

• Receive, store, and move materials throughout the distribution center
• pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
• update inventory counts
• select packaging materials
• coordinate with shipping, customer service, and inventory teams
• maintain warehouse organization.
