Maintenance Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs for CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems
• implement predictive maintenance strategies
• analyze equipment performance
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• maintain machine configuration and maintenance records
• define and track maintenance KPIs
• manage and optimize CMMS workflows and data
• develop dashboards and standard procedures
• support continuous improvement
• provide technical guidance to technicians
• support equipment installation and commissioning
• coordinate with OEMs and vendors
• ensure maintenance follows safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
