What you'll do

• Process biweekly and semimonthly payrolls
• review payroll transactions and adjustments
• audit payroll and timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies
• maintain records and perform reconciliations and quarter- and year-end activities
• administer timekeeping systems
• coordinate with HR, Finance, operational leaders, benefits providers, retirement plan administrators, and vendors
• support tax reporting, W-2 processing, audits, and compliance
• test, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll systems
• identify process and control improvements
• protect confidential employee information.
