What you'll do

• Draft and prepare assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• respond to high volumes of email correspondence
• maintain relationships with business associates and clients
• provide client service and attorney support in a time-sensitive environment
• prepare and file status updates before scheduled hearings
• provide client status updates and follow up on outstanding documents or services
• review expired Notices of Default and confirm updated figures with clients
• monitor for executed client declarations and file them with the court.
