Parking Attendant

Job overview

The Parking Attendant role is onsite in Dayton, OH; compensation is $15–$18 per hour. SP+, a Metropolis company, uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The attendant helps keep parking operations orderly by directing customers, monitoring vehicle placement, maintaining a clean lot, and assisting with traffic, equipment, and customer questions. The role reports safety hazards and unusual incidents to the Facility Manager.

What you'll do

• Direct customers to available parking spaces, count vehicles as needed, issue violation warnings, patrol parking areas, help customers locate vehicles, control traffic at entrances and exits, assist with equipment maintenance and general upkeep, report accidents and hazards, and substitute for valets when authorized.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the required uniform.
