Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in South Salt Lake, UT, with pay of $14–$15 per hour. The position supports Monnit’s manufacturing operations by handling inbound materials and outbound finished goods. The role exists to keep materials and products moving accurately and efficiently so production needs are met. It maintains inventory records, prepares shipments, coordinates with carriers, and works with production, quality, and procurement teams to address shipping and inventory issues.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and document deliveries
• verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• prepare and pack finished products
• generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation
• schedule carrier pickups
• monitor shipping-material inventory and reorder as needed
• maintain transaction records
• support cycle counts and physical inventories
• keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams.
