What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and other care
• monitor intake and output
• document care
• use mechanical lifts
• follow policies and state and federal regulations
• report resident changes and needs to the nurse. Michigan CNA certification is required or the candidate must be eligible to take the test within the stated timeframe.
