What you'll do

• Provide direct resident nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures
• assist with activities of daily living
• supervise nursing assistants and medication aides as applicable
• monitor residents and report condition changes
• develop and review care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• document care
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.
