What you'll do

• Lead new-customer onboarding
• serve as the primary contact for dissatisfied or at-risk customers and work to retain business
• monitor policy status and communicate about late payments
• analyze retention trends with the Agent
• maintain customer records and CRM follow-up notes
• support renewal campaigns and proactive outreach.
