What you'll do

• Coordinate prescription and medication refill requests
• communicate with veterinarians about medications requiring approval
• process pharmacy requests
• complete medical callbacks and follow-up communications
• assist with communicating lab results and recommendations as directed
• track outstanding client communications
• coordinate rechecks when appropriate
• document communications
• route incoming medical records
• and follow tasks through completion with the client service, technician, and veterinarian teams.
