Maintenance Technician — Third Shift

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Le Sueur, MN. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with Saturday overtime as needed; training takes place on first shift for up to two weeks. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The technician supports uptime for manufacturing machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role prevents breakdowns and restores equipment through inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, repair, calibration, and testing. The technician documents service and maintenance activity and uses work orders, schematics, manuals, and computerized systems to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.

What you'll do

• Inspect, service, maintain, and calibrate machinery and facilities
• troubleshoot, install, modify, fabricate, repair, assemble, align, rebuild, test, and inspect equipment
• install upgrades
• document service visits and maintenance activity
• use computerized systems, work orders, schematics, and manuals.
