What you'll do

• Direct multiple new-store and remodel projects
• conduct site visits and progress meetings
• coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• prepare scopes, estimates, budgets, and timetables
• select and coordinate contractors
• manage cost and change controls, schedules, invoices, and submittals
• support permits and code approvals
• ensure safety and compliance
• coordinate with Store Planning, architects, and engineers
• manage punch and closeout documentation
• report progress and budgets to senior leadership.
