What you'll do

• Define and evolve the global creative vision, principles, and storytelling system
• develop creative platforms for launches, campaigns, events, and brand activations
• translate product and AI propositions into clear creative ideas
• set quality standards across design, copy, video, motion, social, events, and digital
• lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
• direct internal teams and external partners
• build scalable creative systems and production processes
• use AI and automation in creative workflows
• evaluate performance and apply learnings.
