What you'll do

• Manage all aspects of patient care on the assigned unit during the shift
• work with patients in the Complex Medical Unit focused on stroke and neuro patients
• demonstrate complex rehabilitation nursing skills
• evaluate unit activities and staff practices
• mentor new orientees and model professional practice
• communicate with healthcare and program teams.

Why this role

CRRN and current Indiana nursing licensure and registration required; at least three years of RN or related experience required. Weekend hours are Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., plus a Monday 8–12-hour shift, either 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
