What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic plan
• manage annual operational planning and accountability structures
• align school and headquarters planning cadences
• oversee data infrastructure and progress monitoring
• facilitate cross-functional collaboration and budget alignment
• lead change management and communications
• build leader change capability
• design and facilitate learning experiences
• support the School Leader Advisory
• supervise strategic initiatives and events and culture leaders
• manage team and portfolio budgets
• lead system-wide convenings and organizational culture efforts.
