Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources role is onsite in Goshen, IN. Compensation is $61,381–$80,000 per year. The director leads the Greencroft Goshen campus HR team and partners with campus leadership and the Greencroft Communities Support Center to strengthen workplace culture and team member experience. The role exists to guide people practices and provide practical HR support to leaders and employees. It oversees employee relations, workforce planning, HR administration, compliance records, and process improvement while developing a collaborative and responsive HR department.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the campus HR team
• partner with leaders to strengthen trust, accountability, teamwork, and recognition
• guide employee relations and review counseling and corrective-action documentation
• support staffing, recruitment, and onboarding
• coordinate leave requests, workers’ compensation claims, incident follow-up, transitional duty, benefits support, garnishment documentation, and HRIS records
• oversee pre-hire paperwork sessions
• partner on OSHA reports, EEOC records, and HRIS information
• improve HR processes, communication, feedback, and recognition.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or 5–10 years of equivalent experience. A bachelor’s degree, SHRM certification, and healthcare familiarity are preferred.
