The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Hernando, FL, with an immediate need for the 11 PM–7 AM shift. Pay is $16.50–$21.50 per hour. The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and sub-acute care, with a focus on residents’ potential, respect, and dignity. The CNA provides direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision, supporting personal care, mobility, hydration, meals, and a safe environment. The role also records observations and measurements, reports changes to the Charge Nurse, and contributes information to care planning.

What you'll do

• Provide grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linen and maintain resident supplies
• ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics
• record vital signs, weights, intake, and output
• turn and position residents
• report changes to the Charge Nurse
• support care-plan data collection, hydration, meals, and call-light response.
