What you'll do

• Prepare and communicate project schedules
• coordinate subcontractor activities
• complete construction in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• track construction costs and submit invoices
• prepare daily site logs
• enforce OSHA and company safety procedures
• conduct pre-installation safety evaluations
• ensure tools and machinery are available and in working order
• schedule and participate in inspections
• monitor construction quality
• communicate project status and issues to project management
• and respond to onsite incidents and emergencies.
