Extended Coverage Customer Account Lead

The Extended Coverage Customer Account Lead role is onsite in Lancaster, TX, with an expected pay range of $52,270.40–$59,467.20 per year and a full pay range of $52,270.40–$82,025 per year. The role supports Covenant Logistics’ assigned Captive customer accounts outside normal business hours. The account lead maintains customer communication and shipment visibility, coordinates service execution, and addresses time-sensitive risks. By working with fleet, planning, safety, maintenance, and other teams, the role helps protect customer commitments and provide continuity across accounts.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary extended-coverage contact for assigned accounts
• communicate shipment status, ETA changes, risks, delays, and operational issues
• monitor and trace shipments
• maintain account and load information in applicable systems
• coordinate with fleet, safety, maintenance, and other teams
• respond to service disruptions
• document service data
• support load and revenue goals and spot quoting
• and provide complete shift handoffs.
