What you'll do

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• prepare patients and explain procedures
• position equipment and set exposure factors
• use radiation-protection techniques
• review digital images for quality
• maintain equipment
• perform required QA testing and mammography tracking
• maintain patient confidentiality and records
• assist the radiologist with QA/QC reporting
• maintain ACR accreditation. Requires current CME credits, two years of mammography experience, and ARRT certification.
