What you'll do

• Forecast department goals and objectives
• manage purchasing, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and advertising
• supervise and schedule Parts Department staff
• coordinate parts availability with Service and Body Shop managers
• administer the department budget
• direct counter, outside, and wholesale parts sales
• oversee shipping and receiving
• monitor sales and inventory reports
• enforce safety requirements
• handle customer complaints
• maintain customer service guidelines and pricing policy
• hire and review staff.
