What you'll do

• Drive residents to appointments and destinations safely and on schedule
• assist with building, grounds, security, and mechanical maintenance
• carry out laundry and transportation services
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• support preventive maintenance and work-order systems
• maintain vehicles
• process monthly expense data
• assist with staffing and scheduling.
