Music Sales Advisor

The Music Sales Advisor role is an onsite position located in Laurel, MD. Compensation is $16.00 - $17.00/hr plus commission, supporting the retail sales team at Music & Arts. This role exists to consistently achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives. • Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and promote customer loyalty.
