What you'll do

• Recruit and identify qualified candidates
• maintain a candidate pool and provide applicant and employee status updates
• conduct orientations and client check-ins as needed
• provide written and oral translations upon request
• complete office tasks and enter candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system
• coach candidates and employees on interview skills and workplace expectations
• follow up with clients about attendance and performance
• meet clients, attend tours, and present service reviews as needed
• communicate employee legal issues according to company policy.
