Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Perform general ledger accounting and bookkeeping
• prepare monthly journal entries and bank and general ledger reconciliations
• assist with monthly financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• administer timesheets, expense reports, and the credit card program
• prepare semimonthly payroll and related reconciliations
• support project budgets and data analysis
• assist with policies, taxes, audits, insurance renewals, and contracts
• identify process improvements.
