What you'll do

• Review contract drafts and prepare contracts from forms for General Counsel review
• partner with General Counsel and Human Resources on employee and labor matters
• assist with litigation tracking, outside counsel management, and drafting response letters and position statements
• organize legal documents and records
• prepare correspondence and materials
• maintain files and databases
• support legal research, regulatory filings, and employment-law compliance.
