What you'll do

• Direct maintenance workers and adjust work plans
• obtain and monitor contractor bids and services as assigned
• requisition tools, equipment, parts, and supplies
• coordinate safety and regulatory compliance
• inspect completed work against blueprints and standards
• administer preventive maintenance for production machinery and facility systems, including HVAC
• use the computerized maintenance management system for work orders and records
• supervise, train, assign, and evaluate maintenance employees
• address complaints and resolve problems.
