What you'll do

• Prepare or coordinate estimates for large and complex projects
• analyze and negotiate contractor change orders and claims
• consult with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• support energy and sustainability analysis
• supervise and review early-career estimators
• reconcile estimates and present variances
• follow policies for handling Controlled Unclassified Information.
