What you'll do

• Prepare food for scheduled meal periods and upcoming service
• follow recipes, preparation procedures, and quality standards. Maintain station cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• complete temperature checks and assigned opening and closing duties. Alert the Chef or Sous Chef to food-item deficiencies and report relevant shift information to management.
