What you'll do

• Run day-to-day field operations, coordinate trades and schedules, and oversee quality control
• direct subcontractors and monitor schedule and quality
• maintain look-ahead plans for trades, materials, and inspections
• track budgets and change orders
• communicate with clients
• maintain daily logs, photos, and JobTread records
• coach field team members
• assist with onsite work as needed
• and partner with the Senior Project Manager on cross-project needs and production improvements.
