What you'll do

• Provide deskside support and onsite problem resolution
• install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software
• perform break-fix support, data migration, refreshes, and health checks. Manage tickets and service levels, support security and compliance tasks, coordinate with vendors and Level 3 teams, and provide event and emergency IT support. Rotational on-call support may be required outside business hours.
