Shred Specialist, Weekdays 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

The role processes wastepaper and related materials for VRC’s off-site shredding program while supporting branch warehouse operations. It contributes to secure, safe, and timely service by operating shredding equipment, staging bales, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

What you'll do

• Unload and stage shredded paper, media, and products from trucks
• operate and maintain shredding and baling machinery
• stage or load paper bales for shipment
• perform shredding operations
• operate forklifts and perform required preventative maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area according to VRC and NAID standards
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• follow security and safety requirements.
