What you'll do

• Conduct orientation and remediation training
• provide coaching and functional oversight
• assess and document competencies and clinical readiness
• complete 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations
• partner with practice managers, medical assistant leads, clinical leadership, and Learning and Development
• demonstrate best practices on clinic floors
• escalate significant competency, compliance, or patient-safety concerns
• travel regularly between care centers.
