What you'll do

• Perform manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties
• receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment
• verify quantity, weight, and conformance
• prepare shipping records and bills of lading
• route materials to destinations
• use hand trucks, forklifts, other devices, and computers as needed
• may fabricate or assemble nonstandard shipping crates and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.
