What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being
• report changes in physical condition or behavior
• follow shift-change procedures and documentation requirements
• assist with bathing, dressing, and eating
• help maintain a safe and positive environment
• encourage participation in activities
• respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and document incidents.
