What you'll do

• Manage and perform Level 1–3 commissioning procedures
• coordinate commissioning schedules with the master schedule
• conduct site walkthroughs and report status to senior management and clients
• oversee site acceptance and commissioning
• develop and approve method-of-procedure documents
• supervise facility managers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
• coordinate equipment startup and testing
• review MOPs and SOPs
• analyze operations and maintenance programs
• develop critical environment programs, process documentation, and training materials
• coordinate with design and construction teams.
