The Café Barista and Bartender role is onsite in Lutz, FL, serving the CITY Café at CITY HOME. Compensation is $15–$18.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare cookies and other menu items and serve beverages
• operate the cash register and handle cash and credit transactions
• provide customer service and use suggestive selling and upselling
• work toward monthly sales goals and identify ways to increase business
• support café events, showroom grand openings, and tent-pole events
• maintain cleanliness according to ServSafe standards
• manage beverage and glassware inventory using first-in, first-out practices
• monitor product temperature and service quality.
