What you'll do
- Advise on federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements
- represent clients in bid protests, contract claims, and disputes before listed tribunals
- handle False Claims Act investigations, qui tam actions, civil litigation, and enforcement proceedings
- conduct internal investigations and compliance reviews
- counsel on grants and cooperative agreements
- support grant lifecycle matters, compliance, audits, and agency oversight
- support M&A diligence and transactions
- advise on SBA programs and Alaska Native Corporation matters
- handle construction-related claims and disputes.
