The purpose of this role is to provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.
What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic imaging and procedural support services to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate specialized equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI, C-arm, fluoroscopy), prepare and position patients, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
- May assist in surgical or interventional procedures and administer contrast as permitted.
