What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule U.S. field service calls
• monitor daily service activity and address scheduling or completion issues
• manage U.S.-based Field Service Engineers
• lead onboarding and development
• plan annual training and support international training programs
• conduct periodic field visits for training and quality monitoring
• review service reports and report quality issues
• oversee maintenance plan updates, renewals, and sales support
• collaborate on hardware validation, international training, and inventory planning.
